Prevention does not focus on crime from the legal point of view, but rather as a natural crime synonymous of rational criminality and which has to be tackled previously. | ||

Este nuevo planteamiento se adelanta a la idea de exterminar el crimen como meta final en los juzgados y las cárceles.
