| Summary: | The objective of this presentation is to bring together two of the major challenges of 21 st century: poverty and environment. During last years there search both in poverty issues as in environment has moved in parallel, with different methodologies and frameworks. It’s very much needed to bring together these two fields in order to identify the relationship among them. The concept of environmental justice is key to move forward into the mutual interaction. El objetivo de la ponencia es poner en relación las preocupaciones por lapobreza y por el medio ambiente como dos retos de máxima urgencia para elsiglo XXI. Durante los últimos años los estudios sobre pobreza y medioambiente se han ido moviendo en paralelo con metodologías y planteamientos diferentes. Es necesario acercar mucho más estos dos campos para identificar las relaciones mutuas. El concepto de justicia medioambiental es una importante clave para avanzar en esa muta interacción. |
