In this article, I offer an interpretation of the Parable, which highlights new perspectives about relationship between ethics and religion, touching on important philosophical issues. Within this frame, I focus on two twentieth-century Christocentric readings of this Parable -those of Saint John Paul II and Blessed Álvaro del Portillo-, which allow for an original integration of the ethical and religious points of view, in dialogue with our time's concerns and challenges. | ||

En este trabajo se presenta la parábola abriendo perspectivas novedosas sobre la relación entre ética y religión, como pórtico para cuestiones filosóficas de gran envergadura, que cobran protagonismo en la edad contemporánea. En este marco, atendemos a dos lecturas -de san Juan Pablo II y del Beato Álvaro del Portillo- cuyo enfoque cristocéntrico permite integrar el punto de vista ético y el religioso de forma original, en diálogo con inquietudes y retos contemporáneos. | ||
