| Summary: | El P. Arrupe participó como Superior de los Jesuitas en el cuarto período del Vaticano II (1965). Entonces se discutieron y aprobaron los últimos documentos conciliares, entre ellos la Constitución Pastoral Gaudium et Spes (GS). Este artículo repasa la recepción de GS en el pensamiento y escritos del P. Arrupe, después de evocar su fugaz paso por el Concilio. Fr. Arrupe took part in the fourth season of the Second Vatican Council (1965) as General Superior of the Jesuits. At that time the Council’s last documents were discussed and approved, among them the Pastoral Constitution Gaudium et Spes (GS). This paper reviews the reception of GS in the thinking and writings of Fr. Arrupe, after a remembrance of his fleeting presence at the Council. |
