With his charisma and an approximative rhetoric, the priest-singer makes use of narratives able to create a strong identification with the viewer, with emphasis on selfhelp. We analyzed a corpus consisting of five programs, using content analysis as a methodological tool and adopting the Self-help on the screen as one of the categories. It will be demonstrated, through exemplifications, the strong presence of this category as discursive resource. | ||
