Este artículo aporta las últimas novedades jurisprudenciales del Tribunal de la Rota Romana, en relación a la exclusión del bonum prolis, distinguiendo los casos en que la exclusión es absoluta y perpetua, temporal o ad tempus, ad libitum, así como las exigencias procesales y las causas contrahendi y simulandi más relevantes invocadas y aceptadas por el Tribunal de la Rota Romana desde el año 2006 al 2012. |
