Su entrambi i versanti, ecologico ed educativo, si registra la grave scomposizione dei rispettivi assetti relazionali e dunque l’urgenza di risanare le relazioni danneggiate che innervano l’intero tessuto della vita. In tale prospettiva, e nell’orizzonte di un’ampia e lungimirante sinergia culturale, si gioca il contributo epistemologico del diritto, che ha conosciuto sul fronte ambientale importanti sviluppi, ai diversi livelli dell’esperienza giuridica. Emerge qui l’apporto originale del diritto canonico, capace di sostenere la dimensione trascendente connaturata alla dignità della persona umana. | ||
520 | |a This essay addresses the issues of care of creation, while focusing on the current situation, burdened by the cross-sector and global impact of health emergency, and the consequent resurgence of deeply interrelated crises. From both standpoints, ecological and educational, their respective relational set-up turns out to be heavily jeopardized, hence undermined relations, which innervate the entire fabric life, urgently need healing. From this perspective, while aiming at a wide and longsighted cultural synergy, it is at stake the epistemological contribution of law, which has made remarkable progress in the field of environmental safeguard, across the stages of legal framework. A peculiar input is supplied by canon law, which proves capable of upholding the transcendent reality, inherent to human dignity. | ||
