| Summary: | Negli ultimi anni i canonisti hanno incontrato più volte –spesso di sfuggita– la formula “norma missionis” per riferirsi a quello che nella seconda metà del Novecento era stato spesso indicato come un generico “spirito del Diritto canonico”, la sintesi cioè delle dinamiche più peculiari (e profonde) che danno vita al Diritto della Chiesa ed animano anche la sua capacità di rispondere alle necessità dei tempi.Lo studio preparativo ai lavori della XIII Giornata canonistica interdisciplinare cerca di mostrare i presupposti della formula e la sua consistenza concettuale, soprattutto dal punto di vista teologico, cogliendo nella natura missionaria della Chiesa (cfr. LG 17) l’elemento qualificante la nuova prospettiva. In recent years canonists have met several times –often briefly– the formula “norma missionis” to refer to what in the second half of the twentieth century had often been indicated as a generic “spirit of Canon Law”, i.e. the synthesis of the most peculiar (and profound) dynamics that give life to the Law of the Church and also animate its ability to respond to the needs of the times.The preparatory study for the works of the XIII Interdisciplinary Canonical Day sets out to show the premises for the formula and its conceptual consistency, especially from the theological point of view, by grasping the element qualifying the new perspective from within the missionary nature of the Church. |
