Description
Summary:At our appelate tribunal, we often need to decide whether or not to confirm by decree an affirmative sentence of the first instance tribunal, when we are convinced that an inappropriate ground was used by the lower tribunal, while we are also convinced that the maariage is null on a related ground. Can we simply confirm the affirmative sentence on the unnamed ground for the sake of the parties?
