Molte di queste questioni riguardano quanto accade dopo che la prima sentenza a favore della nullità viene pubblicata e quindi nel contesto dell'eventuale appello avverso la medesima. L'Autore si sofferma sulla rinnovata neccessità del decreto esecutorio, con il quale il giudice che ha emanato la sentenza dichiara autoritativamente che non ci sono stati appelli e quindi la sentenza si può eseguire. Rinascono quindi i problemi legati al modo legittimo di appellare e al computo dei termini per appellare. The recent reform of procedural law for cases of marriage nullity has caused new issues to emerge, which, in the previous context that required a double conforming sentence, were irrelevant. Many of these questions concern what happens after the first sentence in favour of nullity is published and therefor in the context of a possible appeal against such sentence. The Author reflects on the renewed need of a decree of executivity, by which the judge who issued the sentence decrees authoritatively that no appeals have been presented and that the sentence can therefore be executed.
