Description
Summary:The normative evolution which, in the last forty years has concerned the causes for the declaration of matrimonial nullity, is in close correlation with the doctrine of the Second Vatican Council and the issues which have emerged in the context of the synodal reflection on the family, promoted by Pope Francis. The constant and progressive assimilation of the guiding principles of the canonical process have thereby been highlighted, in the light of which some possible improvements and developments are proposed.
