| Summary: | The aim of the article is to analyze the main challenges characteristic of mutual relations between religion and politics at the beginning of 21st century. It presents two ideal types of doing politics connected with different value systems. They imply specified visions of global order called in literature as the new international order. They also imply relations between religion and politics. Among the main challenges we can distinguish the dynamic processes defining place/places of religion and religious organizations in the public sphere, as well as the growing importance of religious fundamentalisms. |
