Description
Summary:The volume by B. Gonr;alves, "L 'inscription dans une Eglise de droit propre", prompted an in-depth study of the topic, especially after the promulgation of Pope Francis s motu proprio De Concordia inter Codices. The cases and registration formalities to a Church sui iuris in order to be incorporated into the Catholic Church were examined, without forgetting, on the side, the ascription of the religious hause to another Church sui iuris. These norms implicitly include the absolute prohibition of practicing ritual proselytism among the Catholic faithful belonging to different Churches sui iuris.
