Gonr;alves, "L 'inscription dans une Eglise de droit propre", prompted an in-depth study of the topic, especially after the promulgation of Pope Francis s motu proprio De Concordia inter Codices. The cases and registration formalities to a Church sui iuris in order to be incorporated into the Catholic Church were examined, without forgetting, on the side, the ascription of the religious hause to another Church sui iuris.
