| Σύνοψη: | I denne artikkelen undersøker jeg betydningen av politisk teologi hos Carl Schmitt og spør hvordan vi skal forstå analogiene mellom det teologiske og det politiske. Jeg belyser «desisjonistiske» og «institusjonelle» lesninger av hans politiske teologi. Min tese er at tvetydighetene ved Schmitts desisjonisme må forstås i lys av hans oppfatning av forholdet mellom politisk form og et folks livsform. I siste del av artikkelen forklarer jeg min forståelse av det teologisk-politiske problem hos Schmitt og belyser hans forståelse av politisk teologi i senere deler av hans karriere. Til slutt skisserer jeg en innvending mot Schmitts forståelse av det teologisk-politiske problem og hans løsning på dette. In this article, I clarify the meaning of political theology in the works of Carl Schmitt. I shed light on ʻdecisionist’ and ʻinstituionalist’ readings of his political theology. I claim that the ambiguities of his decisionism must be understood in the light of his idea about the relationship between political form and a people’s way of life. In the final part of the article, I explain my understanding of the problem of political theology in Schmitt and shed some light on some of his writings from the later part of his career. Finally, I sketch a riposte to his understanding of and solution to the theologico-political problem. |
