Description
Summary:History has shown that the blindfold on the image of justice - with the purpose of notdiscriminating when acting - has not worked, often being subjected to the will of corruptpowers. Honneth, in his theory of recognition, maintains that the principle of equalityof legal rights and duties is the principle that should govern any legal-social order. The failure of a whole generation of intellectuals who did not know how to prevent or giveideas to avoid the destruction of a middle path between market economy and centralized planning motivates the theological analysis of the production and reproduction of socialrights and, therefore, of the honnethian Anerkennung whose principles were present inthe jobian mišpāṭ.
