Description
Summary:Industrial conflict and collective autonomy in the Third Sector · The present essay analyses and discusses art. 16 of legislative decree no. 117/2017 and art. 13 of legislative decree no. 112/2017, relating respectively to the Third Sector organisations and to the social enterprise, and the relation of art. 13 of legislative decree no. 112/2017, with the provisions of law no. 142/2001 and of legislative decree no. 248/07. The question arises as to whether or not these provisions are compatible with art. 39 of the Italian Constitution. The relations between the above regulations and the so-called Code for Public Contracts are examined.
