Conscient de ce fait, nous tenterons d’attirer l’attention sur les aspects liés à la dignité humaine que l’on retrouve dans les autobiographies spirituelles des auteurs susmentionnés et de voir comment ce genre peut conduire à une compréhension plus profonde de la dignité humaine et de sa pertinence pour la société contemporaine. | ||

Among these nuances, one finds interesting arguments regarding human dignity in representative works from the Orthodox world, such as the diaries of the Russian Priest John of Kronstadt, the monk Silouan the Athonite, and the philosopher Nikolai Berdyaev. Mindful of this reality, we will draw attention to various elements related to human dignity which can be found in the spiritual autobiographies of the aforementioned authors, considering how this genre can lead to a deeper understanding of human dignity and of its relevance for contemporary society. | ||
