En primer lugar, se describe detenidamente el fenómeno de la adicción a Internet y el denominado ciber-sexo, por su mayor conexión con el matrimonio. Se establece una analogía con la adicción al alcohol y las drogas y se analiza detenidamente la inmadurez afectiva que lleva consigo. Puede afirmarse que, en ocasiones, la adicción a Internet, en sus diversas modalidades, incapacitan para la prestación de un consentimiento matrimonial válido. | ||
