The incidences are remarked on certain areas of marriage nullity, especially those established in c.1095. Una vez recordadas y precisadas las nociones fundamentales en torno al consentimiento matrimonial, se examinan los elementos del acto libre, por parte del entendimiento y de la voluntad y su posible patología; teniendo muy presente la realidad psico-somática de la persona humana. Se indican las incidencias en determinados capítulos de nulidad del matrimonio, especialmente en las establecidas en el c.1095. |
