| Summary: | Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devletinin kurucu iradesi, yaşamak zorunda kaldıkları badirelerden sonra, yeni vatan, yeni devlet ve yeni bir toplumun inşası için hummalı bir çabanın içine girmişlerdir. Muharebe meydanında kazanılan zaferlerin tekrar aynı sorunları yaşamak zorunda kalmayacak güçlü bir devlet ve toplum yapısıyla taçlandırılması gerekmektedir. Bunun için yapılması gereken ilk ve en önemli şey ise Tanzimat’tan beri fikri açıdan tartışılan bazı değişiklikleri sosyal bünyede hayata geçirmek suretiyle devletin vatanı ve milletiyle bölünmez bütünlüğünün temel dayanağı olan milli kimliğin inşasını sağlamaktır. Tarih, dil, mitoloji, kültür, bilim ve eğitim nasıl bu amacın araçları olmuşsa, din kurumu da bu temel amaca hizmet etmek üzere düzenlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Dini alanda yapılan düzenlemelerin diğer devrimlerden daha büyük güçlüklerle karşılaşacağı muhakkaktır. Din dilinin Türkçeleştirilmesi konusunda hayata geçirilen devrimlerin temel gayesi sağlam bir milli kimlik inşası konusundaki kaygılardır. Çalışma cumhuriyetin kurucu kadrosunun dil özelinde dini alanda hayata geçirmeye çalıştıkları düzenlemelerin arka planındaki temel niyetin daha iyi anlaşılmasını sağlamak maksadını taşımaktadır. The founding will of the Republic of Turkey, after challenges that they had to go though in a new country, have entered into a new state and feverish efforts to build a new society. The victories which were won in the battlefield must be crowned with a strong state and community structure that will not have to face the same problems again. The first and most important thing to be done for this is to provide the construction of the national identity which is the fundamental basis of the indivisible integrity of the state with the country and nation by implementing some changes that have been discussed within the intellectual point of view since the Tanzimat reform era. Just as history, language, mythology, culture, science and education became the means of this purpose, the religious institution was tried to be organized to serve this basic purpose. It is certain that religious arrangements will meet greater challenges than other revolutions. The aim of the study is to provide a better understanding of the basic intention behind the arrangements that the founding staff of the republic are trying to implement in the religious field in terms of language. The main purpose of the revolutions in the Turkishization of the language of religion is the concerns about the construction of a solid national identity.
