Description
Summary:"A priest in our diocese has struggled with sex addiction for a number of years, even before his ordination. He admits to having had sexual relations with numerous women, including escorts. He tried to overcome this by the use of spiritual direction and Sex Addicts Anonymous groups but he would relapse. This behavior was recently reported to the bishop. The question has arisen whether he has incurred the delict of living in concubinage according to canon 1395 § I. Is this the case?"
