| Summary: | O presente trabalho trata sobre a Norma Missionis e sua relação com a missão surgida do sacerdócio comum, fazendo, do batizado, participante do tríplice múnus de Cristo, Sacerdote comum, Profeta e Rei, para santificar, ensinar e governar. Estas três funções também servem para tutelar e garantir os direitos e deveres dos Fiéis aos bens espirituais, bem como é o dever de evangelizar da Igreja (cf. CIC 83, cânn. 843 e 747; cân. 211). No desenvolvimento deste trabalho, o dever constitucional do direito é aperfeiçoar a missão da Igreja para proclamar o Evangelho, seguindo o comando do próprio Cristo, da qual todo cristão Fiel participa pela recepção do Batismo. Este direito-dever legal é exigível para alguns Fiéis concretos, isto é, Fiéis verdadeiros, não abstratos, e que não estejam proibidos pela Lei, especialmente para os legítimos pastores da Igreja, em virtude do Sacramento da Ordem recebido. Trata-se de um direito-dever o qual tem limites intrínsecos e extrínsecos, e deve ser protegido pela tutela da norma da missão pelo direito da Igreja. Pela missão da Igreja na aplicabilidade da Norma Missionis que tutela a legislação, o Povo de Deus pode ter acesso a tais bens espirituais pela sua santificação e salvação (CIC 83, cân. 213). A organização das missões pelas autoridades competentes da Igreja para alcançar tais fins é um bem para o Povo de Deus. Por isso, se faz necessário conhecer, entender e aplicar bem o direito da Igreja, o Direito Canônico. The study deals with Norma Missionis and its relationship with the mission arising from the common priesthood, making the baptized participant in the triple service of Christ, Priest, Prophet and King to sanctify, teach and govern. These three functions also serve to protect and guarantee the rights and duties of the Faithful to spiritual goods and the Church's duty to evangelize (cf. CIC 83, cann. 843 and 747; can. 211). In its development, the constitutional duty of law is to perfect the Church's mission to proclaim the Gospel through the command of Christ Himself, in which every faithful Christian participates by receiving Baptism. This legal right-duty is enforceable for some specific faithful, especially for the legitimate pastors of the Church, in virtue of the Sacrament of the Order received. It is a right-duty which has intrinsic and extrinsic limits, and must be protected by the protection of the norm of mission by the law of the Church. For the Church's mission in the applicability of the Norma Missionis that protects the legislation, the People of God can have access to such spiritual goods through their sanctification and salvation (CIC 83, can. 213). The organization of missions by the competent authorities of the Church to achieve these ends is an asset for the People of God. That is why it is necessary to know, understand and apply the law of the Church in Canon Law well. |
