Summary:Christopher Gutiérrez de Moya, teacher of Canon Law in Salamanca during the 16th century (Moya (Cuenca) c. 1520 - Salamanca, 5.1.1591), studied in Alcala de Henares and Salamanca, graduating as licentiate and doctor in Cánones for the Salamanca Study. It managed substitutions of chairs and catedrillas, up to going on to the eve chair, wherefrom it happend finally to that of premium, always in the University of Salamanca. Printed works are not known, but it has several manuscripts, in Salamanca, Coimbra and Burgo de Osma (Soria). On having exposed the criminal proceedings, it indicates the most relevant aspects of the beginnig of the process and of the structure of the libel, as well as some singulas aspects of the action for damages. The text goes to the professionals of the forum, but with legal and doctrinal foundations
