Der Archäologisch-architektonische Survey der Koranschule Qubahan bei Amêdi im Nordirak hat eine ausführliche Rekonstruktion der Bauentwicklung der Medrese seit ihrer Gründung im 12. Jahrhundert ermöglicht. Dieses Baudenkmal stellt ein seltenes Beispiel der Architektur aus der Atabeg-Zeit in diesem noch recht unerforschten Gebiet dar. |
