Wichtige Aspekte des Gesamtwerkes Immanuel Kants werden erörtert, so dass sich auch die aktuelle Bedeutung der drei berühmten kantischen Fragen (Was kann ich wissen? Was kann ich tun? Was darf ich hoffen?) zeigt. Das Schwergewicht der Beiträge liegt auf der praktischen Philosophie, die Kant selbst als den Schlussstein seines gesamten philosophischen Systems bezeichnet. Main description: The articles on life and work of Immanuel Kant are expressions of acontemporary,critical understanding of Kant. They give the reader courage to enter into a fruitful debate with the 0old man from Koenigsberg,0 from which one cannot return without philosophical profit. Important aspects of Kant’s complete work are discussed in order to illustrate the contemporary relevance of the three famous Kantian questions (What can I know? What should I do? What can I hope for?). The essays are weighted towards the practical philosophy, which Kant himself described as the keystone of his complete philosophical system. |
