This article examines the responsibility of the public administration for its actions from a legal, social, political and moral perspective. This leads to the need for a structured introduction of administrative ethics into the daily work of the authorities, which has a direct impact on medical practice. Während der Versorgung geflüchteter Kinder aus der Ukraine konnten diskrepante Entscheidungen der Behörden bezüglich ihrer medizinischen Versorgung und Zugängen zum Bildungssystem festgestellt werden. In diesem Artikel wird die Verantwortung der öffentlichen Verwaltung für ihr Handeln aus juristischer, sozialer, politischer und moralischer Perspektive beleuchtet. Hieraus wird die Notwendigkeit zur strukturierten Etablierung einer Verwaltungsethik in den Behördenalltag entwickelt, der einen direkten Einfluss auf das ärztliche Handeln hat. |
