Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) hat sich in der Medizin rasant entwickelt und ist heute in zahlreichen Bereichen klinisch etabliert. Dieser Artikel gibt einen praxisorientierten Überblick über KI-Anwendungen in der Bildgebung, Radiologie, Strahlentherapie und weiteren Fachgebieten. Anhand konkreter Beispiele werden Einsatzmöglichkeiten, Nutzen und Herausforderungen dargestellt. Der Fokus liegt auf zugelassenen Produkten und deren Integration in klinische Workflows. Ziel ist es, das Potenzial von KI für eine verbesserte Patientenversorgung greifbar zu machen.
