In the light of what emerged during and after the Second vatican Council, the examination ottne revision work of can. 605, the meaning of the canon and the interpretation that the majority doctrine has provided, especially around two issues: the nature of the new forms of consecrated life and the authority called to discern and approve them according of the criteria indicated by the competent dicastery. The text closes with a key question about authority and government both in the so-called "other institutes of consecrated life" of pontifical right and in the new forms of consecrated life of diocesan right. The delicate, complex topic is exposed with the examination of some examples and models of government. The Author concludes by hoping for an evaluation of what exists through a more ecctesiet and less hasty discernment. Il testo ripercorre le questioni canoniche più rilevanti circa il can. 605. Alla luce di quanto emerso durante e dopo il Concilio vatìcano II, si presenta brevemente l'esame dei lavori di revisione del can. 605, il significato del canone e l'interpretazione che la dottrina maggioritaria ha fornito, specie attorno a due questioni: la natura delle nuove forme di vita consacrata e l'autorità chiamata a discernere e ad approvarle, alla luce dei criteri indicati dal Dicastero competente. Chiude il testo una questione cardine circa l'autorità e il governo sia nei cosiddetti "altri Istituti di vita consacrata' di diritto pontificio sia nelle nuove forme di vita consacrata di diritto diocesano. Il tema, delicato, complesso, viene esposto con l'esame di alcuni esempi e modelli di governo. L'A. conclude auspicando una valutazione dell'esistente tramite un discernimento più ecclesiale e meno affrettato. |
