The major reforms implemented by Pope Francis, in reference to the hierarchical Constitution of the Church, are placed in the perspective of a greater reception of the Second Vatican Council, in particular in terms of the correct relationship between the primacy and the episcopate. This is an important hermeneutic key of the Apostolic Constitutior Preaedicate Evangelium with which the Roman Curia was reforme as an institution which in fact almost daily represents a concrete space where the strings of this relationship are intertwined. The project the: is outlined is to promote a service of primacy, in a way that does not replace but strengthens the solicitude of the episcopate for the Church. Beyond the necessary restructuring, the highest challenge translates into the search for operational mechanisms and theoretical frameworks adequate to guarantee a performance of the service of the Roman Curia which does not give in to the temptation of excessive centralization, which enhances a contributory and participatory relationship as well as constructive and responsible contribution of the episcopate and episcopates. Le maggiori riforme attuate da Papa Francesco, in riferimento alla Costituzione gerarchica della Chiesa, si pongono nella prospettiva di una più grande ricezione del concilio Vaticano Il, in particolare sotto il profilo del giusto rapporto fra il primato e l'episcopato. Questa è una chiave ermeneutica per eccellenza della Costituzione apostolica Preaedicate Evangelium con cui è stata riformata la Curia romana, un'istituzione che rappresenta di fatto quasi quotidianamente uno spazio concreto dove s'intrecciano le corde di tale rapporto. Il progetto che si delinea è quello di favorire un servizio del primato, in chiave non sostitutiva ma rafforzativa della sollecitudine dell'episcopato per la Chiesa. Oltre la necessaria ristrutturazione, la sfida più alta si traduce nella ricerca di meccanisrroperative e di cornici teoretiche più adeguati a garantire uno svolgimento del servizio della Curia romana che non ceda alla tentazione di una eccessiva centralizzazione, ma che valorizzi un rapporto contributivo partecipativo nonché un apporto costruttivo e responsabile dell'episcopato e degli episcopati. |
