| Summary: | These lines aim to give a new perspective of diversity and the inclusion, approaching them under the foundation of subsidiarity, so that it is this that acts as a guide and mitigates the inherent challenges that both sometimes entail. It is about seeing if the so often forgotten principle of subsidiarity could act in some way by shedding light on these conflicts and if, as a regulating or guiding principle, it is prior to the right of inclusion and respect for diversity. In order to properly present the object of study, the relationship between inequality, justice and poverty, with which subsidiarity is usually associated, is previously addressed. The issue is not tangential, because interpreting the fight against poverty and the fight for justice as a fight against inequality can lead to proposals that lead to solutions that lack the proportion given by the principle of subsidiarity. Finally, it is concluded that this principle limits intervention, but requires it. It expresses both a positive and negative vision of the role of the state or higher authorities with respect to society and the individual. That is, it is a type of non-permanent assistance and does not describe a defined way of sharing tasks. Therefore, it always respects the autonomy of each person and must be designed in such a way that it allows the emancipation of people and the development of their initiative and freedom. Estas líneas pretenden dar una perspectiva nueva de la diversidad y de la inclusión, abordándolas bajo el fundamento de la subsidiariedad, de modo que sea esta la que actúe de guía y mitigue los inherentes desafíos que en ocasiones ambas conllevan. Se trata de ver si, el principio tantas veces olvidado, de la subsidiariedad podría actuar de algún modo dando luces en esos conflictos y si, como principio regulador o guía, es anterior al derecho de inclusión y de respeto a la diversidad. Para plantear bien el objeto de estudio se aborda previamente la relación entre desigualdad, justicia y pobreza con las que suele aparecer asociada la subsidiariedad. La cuestión no es tangencial, porque interpretar la lucha contra la pobreza y la lucha en favor de la justicia como lucha en contra de la desigualdad puede derivar en propuestas que llevan a soluciones a las que les falta la proporción que da el principio de subsidiariedad. Para terminar, se concluye que este principio limita la intervención, pero la requiere. Expresa una visión tanto positiva como negativa del rol del estado o de las instancias superiores con respecto a la sociedad y al individuo. Es decir, es un tipo de asistencia no permanente y que no describe una forma definida de compartir tareas. Por tanto, respeta siempre la autonomía de cada persona y tiene que ser diseñada de manera que permita la emancipación de las personas y el desarrollo de su iniciativa y libertad. |
