| Summary: | In 1934, a lot of musical scores and manuscript fragments from the Paroissial Archives of Verdu (Catalonia) entered the Biblioteca de Catalunya through the Head of the Music Department, Higini Anglès. The fragments were separated in different manuscripts, and the original provenance was unintentionnally lost. The recent identification of some of the Verdu fragments enables us to enlarge the Verdu papers. It allows also the reconstruction of a medieval liturgical library, and makes us reflect on the procedures longtime at work in libraries and archives. L'any 1934 van ingressar a la Biblioteca de Catalunya, a través del conservador de música, Higini Anglès, un conjunt de partitures i de fragments de còdexs litúrgics que havien estat cobertes de manuals de l'arxiu parroquial de Santa Maria de Verdú. Els fragments van ser distribuïts entre diferents manuscrits, i la procedència en va quedar involuntàriament amagada. La identificació d'aquests fragments gràcies a la catalogació dels reculls permet augmentar el nombre de manuscrits que pertanyen al fons Verdú. Permet també reconstituir una biblioteca litúrgica medieval, i reflexionar sobre els protocols i procediments d'actuació seguits al llarg del temps en biblioteques i arxius. |
