| Summary: | No contexto do aggiornamento eclesial, o Concílio Vaticano II (1962-1965) lançou as bases para a reforma da liturgia através da promulgação do documento Sacrosanctum Concilium. Nessa reforma, o espaço litúrgico é apresentado não apenas como funcional mas também como simbólico e facilitador da participação na ação litúrgica. Dentro dele, além do altar, ganhou relevância o lugar destinado à proclamação da Palavra, o ambão. In the context of the aggiornamento of the Church, the Council Vatican II (1962-1965) laid the groundwork for the reform of the liturgy through the promulgation of the document Sacrosanctum Concilium. In this reform, the liturgical space is presented as a space not only functional but also symbolic and facilitator of participation in the liturgical action. Within the liturgical space, beyond the altar, the place has gained importance for the proclamation of the Word, the ambo. |
