The present essay has as its basic theoretical presupposition that thereis an epistemological value in literature, in order to study theology and religionas well. Therefore, the goal of this essay is to present the religious andtheological elements that can be found in folk literature of Brazilian Northeast.Besides, this essay intends to present also the theological contents of thisfolk literature, known as “literatura de cordel”. |
