Description
Summary:Martin Buber's thought is notable for placing the phenomenon of relation at the centre of experience and reality, according to what he himself called the "dialogical principle". On the basis of this principle, a new vision is discovered of the concept of God, which escapes all conceptualisation since it is pure relation, and of the experience of religion, which consists of being immersed in this possibility of dialogue with the eternal Thou. Through these fundamental features, Buber sets out to purify the name of God of all the burden extraneous to its dialogical essence.
