There are many elements indicating that this Passio was composed, with heavy redaction, from the Acta of one or several martyrs of Bol, an ancient locality of Roman Africa. These same Acta were the object of another revision (BHL 6642b) which makes Pellegrinus a martyr of Ancona. |
