Description
Summary:This is the second volume of three which Goldingay has written as part of his Theology of the Old Testament. In his first volume, which laid the groundwork for the two to follow, his main focus was on emphasising the narrative nature of the bulk of the Old Testament material. In a rather strange, but at the same time provocative way, he named his first volume, Israel's Gospel. In this second volume, named Israel's Faith, his point of departure is the Prophets, Psalms and Wisdom literature.
