Description
Summary:Historical-critical investigation highlighted the disunity of the text under discussion. The problem addressed in this article is: What would the results be if a structural analysis were applied to Malachi 3:13-21? When viewing the text from the paradigm of a text-immanent reading, while focusing on the structural features thereof, one observes that a remarkable unity is displayed by the striking symmetrical pattem of the two parts (vv 13-16, 17-21).
