| Summary: | Le presenti riflessioni affrontano il tema della stretta connessione intercorrente fra la storia del diritto canonico e la cultura giuridica. Partendo da una consolidata linea scientifica e accademica che nel corso degli anni ha saputo evidenziare il ruolo formativo della storia del diritto, e in particolar modo della storia del diritto canonico, nel contesto delle scienze giuridiche, si intende puntualizzare quanto tale aspetto non solo risulti ancora oggi del tutto centrale, ma sia rilevante incrementarlo e valorizzarlo all’interno dell’offerta formativa universitaria, dei corsi di studio delle Facoltà giuridiche, per garantire al giurista una formazione storicamente fondata e non positivista. The present reflections address the topic of the close connection between the history of canon law and legal culture. Starting from a consolidated scientific and academic line which over the years has been able to highlight the formative role of the history of law, and in particular of the history of canon law, in the context of legal sciences, we intend to point out how this aspect is not only still today completely central, but it is important to increase and enhance it within the university educational offer, in the courses of study of the law Faculties, to guarantee the jurist a historically based and non-positivist education. |
