Sumario:Women’s Literature in the last half-century reveals how women think and feel about themselves and their environment. The translator of a volume of short stories by Persian female writers asserts that literature by women since the revolution demonstrates a remarkable shift in their writing. The views expressed in this paper are based on a range of literary formats such as memoirs and interviews, which become stories and diaries, in addition to short stories. In the past half century, women’s literature has become a critique of a space too narrow and it will be of interest to the reading public as well as academics.
