In diesem Zusammenhang werden die Merkmale des vielfältigen Amtes des Kirchenanwalts innerhalb der kirchlichen Rechtsordnung sowie das Ausmaß der Einbeziehung des vom Kirchenanwalt selbst ausgeübten gerichtlichen und beratenden Tätigkeit sowohl bei der Aufsicht über die Rechtspflege in der Kirche als auch im Hinblick auf das Verfahren zur Entstehung und zum Erlass des oben genannten Vollstreckbarkeitsdekrets der Signatur in Bezug auf Konkordatsehen und nicht konkordatäre Ehen untersucht. | ||
