Die Tatsache, dass V. 27a eine Zeile aus Ps 8,7b zitiert, wirkt zurück auf V. 25b. Zusammen bilden die beiden Aufnahmen aus dem Psalter ein „Sandwich“, in das der Apostel seinen Spitzensatz V. 26 einlegt. Der vorliegende Beitrag versucht nachzuvollziehen, wie feinsinnig und vielschichtig das intertextuelle Spiel ist, das Paulus treibt. Er stellt dieses „Sandwich“ in die Mitte einer komplexen konzentrischen Struktur, die sich zwischen V. 24a (εἶτα τὸ τέλος) und V. 28c (ἵνα ᾖ ὁ θεὸς τὰ πάντα ἐν πᾶσιν) aufbaut. Nonwithstanding the opinion of one prominent author, who reckons the wording of 1 Cor 15,25b as being conceivable completely pauline, it should be undeniable that this line strongly relates to Ps 110,1d, even if no quotation formula is given and there are some textual differences. As the following V. 27a takes over Ps 8,7b we can conclude: The Apostle prepares an intertextual “Sandwich” of two interrelated quotes from the Psalms with V. 26 as his own topping in between. This paper retraces the subtlety and richness of Paul’s intertextual interplay: The “Sandwich” of V. 25b.26.27a stands at the very core of a complex concentric composition encompassing V. 24a (εἶτα τὸ τέλος) and V. 28c (ἵνα ᾖ ὁ θεὸς τὰ πάντα ἐν πᾶσιν). |
