| Summary: | In this work we intend to show the religious panorama of Late antique Palestine, the process of Christianization and pagan survivals in the area, comparing this process afterwards with other provinces of the Late Roman Empire. The conclusion of this work is that the survivals of what is generically called "paganism", specially concerning magical practices, were much more abundant and persistent than was considered until now. en este trabajo pretendemos mostrar el panorama religioso de Palestina en la Antigüedad Tardía, el proceso de cristianización y las pervivencias paganas en la zona, comparando después este proceso con otras provincias del Imperio Romano Tardío. La conclusión de este trabajo es que los restos del denominado genéricamente “paganismo”, especialmente en lo relativo a las prácticas mágicas, fueron mucho más abundantes y persistentes de lo que se consideraba hasta el momento |
