| Итог: | In this article, I address the issue of the presence of Zimrī-Lîmʼs name in the Hurrian text Mari 7+6, in order to establish his role within the text. This proves essential in trying to ascertain what type of text Mari 7+6 is, a topic that has been hitherto controversially debated due to the fragmentary nature of the text. After analyzing lines 13′-14′, where the name of Zimrī-Lîm appears, I argue that the king of Mari is addressed directly in this text, which should probably be a divine letter sent to him. |
