| Summary: | O presente artigo tem por objetivo a reflexão acerca dos temas da justiça e da justificação oriundos da reflexão bíblico-teológica das tradições católica e protestante. Seguiu-se a metodologia básica da análise bibliográfica, bem como o estudo dos termos na Sagrada Escritura. A partir daí, foram dados os seguintes passos: primeiro, a apresentação da compreensão da justiça na filosofia grega; segundo, a consideração do testemunho bíblico sobre a semântica da justiça, no Antigo e no Novo Testamentos; terceiro, fez-se uma incursão pela reflexão teológica, pontuando os principais desenvolvimentos desse tema. Ao final, conclui-se que, do ponto de vista doutrinário, para um diálogo ecumênico ainda falta um longo caminho a percorrer, embora tenhamos avançado bastante. Quanto à reflexão sobre o tema, é possível entender que temos outros pontos de partida para pensar a justiça além das definições doutrinárias: a realidade do humano necessitado de justiça. This article aims to reflect on the themes of justice and justification arising from the biblical-theological reflection of Catholic and Protestant traditions. We followed the basic methodology of bibliographic analysis, as well as the study of terms in Holy Scripture. From there, the following steps were taken: first, the presentation of the understanding of justice in Greek philosophy; second, the consideration of biblical testimony regarding the semantics of justice in the Old and New Testaments; third, there is an incursion into theological reflection, punctuating the main developments of this theme. In the end, it is concluded that, from the doctrinal point of view, there is still a long way to go for ecumenical dialogue, although we have made great progress. As for the reflection on the theme itself, it is possible to understand that we have other starting points for thinking about justice beyond the doctrinal definitions: the reality of the human in need of justice. |
