| Resumo: | The relationships between nuns and confessors, as an object of study, have not received much attention from historiography focused on the feminine religious world of modern times. Although some contributions have been made, many of its nuances remain to be studied. For this reason, in this work we will focus on some processes of change of jurisdiction from the Spanish 18th century, preserved in the Vatican Apostolic Archive, in which the arguments used by the nuns regarding good or bad spiritual direction had sufficient weight to guarantee the change of dependency that they requested. Its study will allow us to approach the daily characteristics of these spiritual relationships, as well as the feminine convent world in which they developed. Las relaciones entre monjas y confesores, como objeto de estudio, no han recibido demasiada atención por parte de la historiografía centrada en el mundo religioso femenino de la época moderna. Aunque se han llevado a cabo algunas contribuciones, todavía faltan por estudiar muchos de sus matices. Por ello, en este trabajo nos centraremos en algunos procesos de cambio de jurisdicción del siglo XVIII español, conservados en el Archivo Apostólico Vaticano, en los cuales los argumentos empleados por las religiosas respecto a la buena o mala dirección espiritual tuvieron el peso suficiente como para garantizar el cambio de dependencia que solicitaban. Su estudio nos permitirá acercarnos a las características cotidianas de estas relaciones espirituales, así como al mundo conventual femenino en el que se desarrollaron. |
