| Summary: | After a quick description of the current interest in the technological innovations introduced by artificial intelligence and after an approximate definition of the latter, the essay focuses on some philosophical issues, addressing the consequences regarding epistemology and the philosophy of science and the repercussions in the social sphere, particularly in ethics, law and politics. The text also focuses on the problems raised in the anthropological field, in the belief that in such a sector the impact of artificial intelligence is particularly relevant. In fact, far-reaching questions arise. Is it possible to ensure human dignity without a job? How is thinkable the anthropological taking into account the doubts introduced on otherness, identity and corporeality? Is unavoidable a competition between artificial intelligence and the brain or is it more useful to seek an integration that opens up to the post-human? Is conceivable a machine that has consciousness? Dopo una rapida descrizione dell'interesse attuale per le innovazioni tecnologiche introdotte dall'intelligenza artificiale e dopo una approssimativa definizione di quest'ultima, l'articolo si concentra su alcune problematiche filosofiche, prendendo in considerazione le conseguenze riguardanti la gnoseologia e la filosofia della scienza e le ricadute in ambito sociale, in particolare nell'etica, nel diritto e nella politica. Il testo si sofferma inoltre sulle problematiche sollevate in ambito antropologico, nella convinzione che in un simile settore l'impatto dell'intelligenza artificiale risulti particolarmente rilevante. Sorgono infatti interrogativi di ampia portata. È possibile assicurare la dignità umana senza un lavoro? Come è pensabile l'antropologico tenendo conto dei dubbi introdotti sull'alterità, l'identità e la corporeità? Tra intelligenza artificiale e cervello è inevitabile una competizione o è più utile cercare un'integrazione che apra al post-umano? È ipotizzabile una macchina che abbia coscienza? |
