Item Description:The Belle Sparr Luckett Manuscript Collection; Box 1. File 1:24. - The collection includes 22 lengthy letters written in 1913 by Letitia Belle Sparr Luckett. These describe her first year in Korea as a missionary and school teacher at the Pyongyang Foreign School. Some letters are written on a special Asian paper, several yards in length. The collection also contains several photographs, a set of Bible-verse illustration cards in Korean, a dinner invitation to the Japanese Governor's home, farewell letters to Mrs. Luckett from 1916, and several other significant items
