| Item Description: | The Tabernacle has a seating capacity of 8,000 people. It was built to accommodate the great gatherings of the Mormon people at their annual and semi-annual conferences. The acoustic properties are exceptionally fine, the ticking of an ordinary clock being distinctly audible in all parts. Regular services are held on the Sabbath day at 2 P.M. Visitors are welcome.
