Item Description:Started in 1851 and finished in 1861, this Church was built of hand-hewn pine logs by the Ottawa Indians. Services held each Sunday in the Indian language have been uninterrupted for over 100 years. Located near the famed Council Trees on Greensky Hill just West of Susan Lake on old U.S. 31. This is a State Historical Site
