Item Description:Midway Congregation Meeting House, on U.S. 17, 25 miles south of Savannah, Georgia. It served a community settled in 1752. The first building was burned by the British during the American Revolution. This structure replaced it in 1792. It adjoins the Midway Colonial Museum, maintained by the Georgia Historical Commission
